Exchange Policy
If you receive the boots and they do not fit you can exchange them. Just repackage them in the bubble wrap. You have two options. If the label is still ok you can cross out your address and write “Return To Sender” – this will not cost anything but I will not take responsibility for lost items – so you’re putting your trust in the hands of Australia Post. Otherwise, send them back via Registered Australia Post.Please insert your contact details (name, address and most importantly phone number) and the size you require on a piece of paper under the bubble wrap so I know who you are and what you need. When I receive them I will confirm they are in the original condition, that the accessories are there and I will send you the correct size
Accident Policy
All bike riders know accidents happen. If your boots are damaged, or scuffed beyond what you find acceptable then we offer a changeover policy. Just send your boots back to us and we will send you a replacement pair for a flat rate including postage of $200.
